Talking to the journalists as a guest of the Presseclub Concordia and Forum for Journalism and Media (FJUM) at the “2023: Europe’s Challenges and Choices” conversation in Vienna, the chairman of the Center for Liberal Strategies in Sofia and a permanent fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna said he didn’t expect the conflict to freeze this year.
“I expect an intensification of the fighting in many places because both sides will try to make a point before the elections”, Krastev said.
